Algumas cartas esse ano serão muito importantes para combater o metagame, e a Konami sabendo disso lançou o Gold Series só com as melhores cartas, alguns exemplos:

• Level Limit – Area B será ótima para enfrentar decks que abusam da combinação Phantom Beastcraft e The Seal of Orichalcos. Parece ridículo, mas sim, esses dois combinam e muito!
• Alguns podem achar o Granmarg the Rock Monarch o monarca mais inútil, mas vale lembrar que com a chegada do combo dos Phantom Beastcraft, Advance of the Emperor e The Seal of Orichalcos, ele pode se tornar uma arma. O selo aumenta seu ATK para 2900, o Advance protege ele de efeito de cartas do oponente e os tokens podem ajudar a invocá-lo com facilidade.
• Magical Dimension dará o Up maroto de sempre aos Prophecy;
• Macro Cosmos é perfeita para combater os Mermails / Atlanteans e os Firefists / Fire King Avatar. Será indispensável em Side Decks este ano;
• Tsukuyomi acabou de sair da banlist e promete acabar com vários monstros virados para cima do oponente com a defesa baixa, como Thunder King Rai-Oh e outros bosses;

Só isso a declarar. Gostei bastante da série de ouro deste ano. E já podemos ter uma ideia do meta. Só espero que a banlist de março equilibre as coisas.
